In this study, we analyze the migration project of Bank\u2019s highly customized BPM platform to a more flexible and scalable solution. Special attention is paid not to the technical aspects of implementation, but to managerial decisions: designing change-management processes, modeling the structure of project teams, organizing training and communication, and developing administrative procedures that ensure a smooth transition without loss of productivity. It is the combination of thoughtful change management and robust administration that allows the bank to minimize risks, optimize costs, and preserve business continuity during the upgrade of critical infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
